What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]

Do you offer refunds?

If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras.

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll work swiftly to make things right.

How long do I have to submit a claim?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. after 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.

Depending on the issue, we may request you return the item. After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method. 
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items, or digital products.
